Return Policy

All of our products are guaranteed for 30 days. If you try any one* of our products and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused portion for a refund. You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned items, less shipping and handling charges and a 10% restocking fee. All orders that are refused delivery are subject to an automatic restocking fee of 20%.

With your return, include a copy of the original order receipt and a brief explanation for the return. Return the product(s) to:

Prime Time Solutions must receive all returns within 30 days from the date the order was received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a method that provides a tracking number or requiring the receiver to sign for the package.

All returns are usually processed within 7 – 10 business days from receipt of your item(s). Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.

Note: Certain orders, including those with multiple items and/or large quantities of individual items, are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. If you are uncertain of the application of a product, contact us prior to ordering large quantities to avoid a possible restocking fee.

Defective Items

If you believe the item you received is defective, contact us at 800-333-9325 before you return the item. We will either ship you out a replacement or issue a return label for you to send the item back at no cost to you. Please do not return a defective item without prior authorization.
